Yoga rugs and towels for natural comfort

Our rugs and towels are great for grip, comfort, and absorption. Yoga practitioners use rugs and towels as an extra layer on their yoga mats, or on their own instead of the mat. They cushion you, reduce the chances of slipping on a mat, and soak up sweat. This makes for a generally more pleasant experience.

Yoga rugs in particular have been used by yogis for many hundreds of years. They’re made with natural fibres and designed to be simple but effective. While our microfiber towels are not so ancient in origin, they’re quickly catching on as an alternative. They’re soft, absorbent, and easy to wash.

Yoga rugs and towels are particularly useful for those who practice Bikram, Hatha, Ashtanga, Power Yoga or Hot Yoga, although they can enhance the experience for anyone. They can also be used in other fitness classes, such as pilates.
