Our Guaranteed Lowest Price Policy
    YogaDirect.co.uk guarantees we will always pass the lowest price possible onto our customers. If you come across an item we sell at a lower price on a competitor's site, simply Contact Us with the information about that product, including the link or advertisement containing the lower price, and one of our knowledgeable Customer Service Representatives will honor the lower price*.

    To keep our prices and shipping costs as low as possible, we require a minimum order of £ 15.00.

VAT and Duties
    All of our prices listed on our site include VAT at a rate of 15%, unless otherwise noted. YogaDirect.co.uk's VAT number is 972 7853 70, and at this moment we are only shipping to the UK.

When will I receive my order?
    Your order will normally be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt (excluding weekends and bank holidays) and will be shipped on a 48 hour delivery service. Please allow up to 4 working days from the time of placing your order until receipt.

Confirming Your Order
    Shortly after you place an order at YogaDirect.co.uk, you will receive a confirmation email that is sent to the email address you provided in your order. Upon receipt of this confirmation, please look over the information for errors. If you find errors, please contact us as soon as possible. A copy of your invoice stating your purchase and any monetary transactions will be included in your order. If an item you ordered cannot be shipped due to it being out of stock or any other reason, a customer service representative will contact you as soon as possible so you can decide to wait until the item is back in stock, ship a replacement item, or cancel your order and refund what was paid.

What happens if I refuse an order?
    In the event the delivery is refused by your household or business, you will be responsible for the return shipping and a restocking fee. Unfortunately, when a delivery is refused, YogaDirect.co.uk is charged shipping charges by the carrier for the initial shipment to you, and then charged again for shipping the item back to our warehouse. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Both shipping charges will be deducted from your initial order as well as 20% of the order subtotal as a restocking fee. The remainder of the order will then be refunded to your credit card or paypal account.

If the post office returns my package to you, will I be charged additional shipping to have it reshipped?
    In the event your package is returned to us as unclaimed, undeliverable as addressed, attempted not known, etc. by the post office, you will be responsible for us to reship your package. If you wish to cancel your order due to this occurrence, you will only be refunded for the cost of the purchase price as we do not reimburse shipping charges. Unfortunately, we incur the shipping costs for outgoing packages and if they are returned to us in this manner, we incur additional charges for the return of your package to us.

How can I change my order after it is submitted?
    If you have sent your order, call customer service immediately at 01904 696930 during business hours or send a detailed email from our Contact Us help page and we will try our best to work with you in the changes needed to be made. You must provide your order number and/or name used for billing.
*Please note that your order may begin processing immediately after you place your order, and it may not be possible to change items on existing orders.
