Defective / Damaged In Transit

In the unlikely event you receive a defective or damaged item please notify us with 72 hours of receipt of the item if it was damaged in transit or is defective. We will provide a prepaid return authorization tag and replace the item at no charge.

Should you not be 100% satisfied with any item you receive you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund of the purchase price, subject to the following:

The item must be in the original manufacturers packaging. - We do not reimburse shipping charges. - Please include your order/invoice number on the outside of the package.

Custom Printed items are non-refundable.

Credits will be issued to the same credit card account, paypal account used to make the purchase. If you used a cheque or money order to make your payment, your refund will be mailed within 14 days by company cheque.
